The Assignment Room is a 12-week formation space for high-capacity women who are ready to lead from alignment rather than pressure.
This room is intentionally small. Participation is by application and invitation only.
If you are looking for motivation, quick strategies, or surface-level leadership tools, this will not be the right fit.
If you are ready to be formed, anchored, and strengthened to carry what you are called to without distortion, you are in the right place.
Who This Room Is For
You may be a fit for The Assignment Room if:
• You are capable, responsible, and often the one others rely on
• You lead in your work, family, community, or calling whether or not you hold a formal title
• You feel the weight of your assignment and want to carry it without guilt, resentment, or overextension
• You are ready to stop performing leadership and start living it
• You value depth, reflection, and honest formation over hype or hustle
This room is for women who are willing to be present, engaged, and teachable.
Who This Room Is Not For
The Assignment Room is not a fit if:
• You are looking for external validation or a place to perform
• You prefer advice without reflection
• You are not open to being challenged with care and clarity
• You are unwilling to honor boundaries, confidentiality, and the shared safety of the room

What to Expect
Program Length: 12 weeks
Format: Live, facilitated group sessions
Group Size: 8–10 women per cohort
Next Cohort Begins: April 2026
Each week builds intentionally on the last. This is not a drop-in experience.
You will be asked to reflect, engage, and apply what you are forming in real time within your life and leadership.
This room requires presence, honesty, and willingness to be formed - not just informed.
Investment
Program Investment: $2,400
Payment options:
One-time payment preferred
Two payments of $1,200
First payment due upon acceptance to secure your spot
Final payment due by Week 4
All payments are non-refundable after the first session.
Application Process
The Assignment Room is application-based to protect the integrity of the space and the women in it.
The process is simple and intentional:

Selected applicants will be invited to a brief interview conversation
Final invitations will be extended by email
This process allows us to ensure alignment, readiness, and shared expectations before the room begins.
If invited, you will receive next steps regarding enrollment and payment.
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis until the cohort is filled.
